Pasta Dinner & Team Photo
Wakefield Chapel
Start: 5:00 PM
End: 7:00 PM
Join us for our annual Pasta Dinner to kick off the 2026 Swim Season! Team Photo will be taken at 5:30pm, and dinner will be served at 6:00pm. Please RSVP yes/no to let us know how many people from your family will be attending. All are welcome, but it is helpful to have approximate numbers so we purchase enough plates, cups, lemonade, etc. Dinner will be served immediately following the Team Photo. In an effort to decrease food waste at the end of the evening, Families of all 15-18 year old swimmers and Minnow swimmers are EXEMPT from bringing a pasta dish but are still asked to bring a side dish or dessert. All other families need to bring a pasta dish to serve 6-8 people. In ADDITION to the pasta:
NEW in 2026: We’ve created a sign-up genius for the event. Wakefield Chapel Wahoos: 2026 Pasta Dinner. We want to avoid a situation where we end up with 200 pans of the same pasta dish. This is purely for informational and planning purposes so everyone can see what others are bringing and help reduce excessive duplicates (some duplicates are bound to happen and that is totally okay!). No stress if your plans change last minute! This is just a helpful guide. Upload Photos from this Event on the Team Photos Page (password required) |

Wahoos Make Up Time Trials 2026 @ WC
Wakefield Chapel
Start: 4:00 PM
End: 6:00 PM
(estimated)
Only if you are unavailable to participate in Time Trials on Saturday, 6/13, please sign up for make-up time trials to be held during practices on Monday, 6/15. Swimmers will swim events in only two lanes, set aside from the normal practice lanes. Swimmers must swim in time trials or make-up time trials to establish a 2026 seed time and be eligible to swim in the first Saturday NVSL meet on 6/20. All Wahoos are encouraged to swim the strokes in which they can legally complete the required length of swim for their age. Minnows do not need to swim make-up Time Trials. If you have any questions about whether your child is legal in a stroke, please have them ask their coach. Sign-up for Make-up Time Trials will close at midnight on Saturday, 6/13. No entries will accepted after event registration closes. |

These four sessions (4:45pm and 6pm on each of Friday 5 June and Wednesday 10 June) are scheduled to hopefully meet most parents’ schedules, overlapping multiple practices. We will meet up on the hill (under the pavilion if it’s raining). Please stop by to learn more! |
