Wakefield Chapel will host each Division 3 pool at this Divisional Relay Carnival! Each Division 3 team will send 1 relay team from each gender and age group to compete in Freestyle Relays, Medley Relays, & mixed-age Freestyle Relays. This is a fun and fast meet! All Wahoos who are not swimming are encouraged to come and cheer on their friends and teammates! Our preliminary list of Volunteer Jobs is now OPEN! The Division Coordinator will assign each team more volunteer roles leading up to the meet - so check back for additional volunteer opportunities as we get closer to the meet! Second Developmental B-Meet of the Season! This meet will be the Wahoos 3rd annual Fight Childhood Cancer fundraiser! Please plan to enjoy dinner at the meet and help us honor the memory of of our teammate and friend, Max Pound. Max spent many a Monday Night trying to top his older brother in IM and as a critical leg in the boys relay. Max was diagnosed with aggressive brain cancer at the age of 10 and passed away in January 2023 at the age of 12 after a courageous 26 month battle with cancer. Max is loved and missed by our entire Wahoo community. All of the food for this B-Meet is donated, which means that EVERY DOLLAR SPENT at the snack bar on Monday night will be donated to the Max Pound Foundation. The Max Pound Foundation was established to help fund critical research with respect to pediatric brain cancer so that one day all children might have safe and effective treatment options for pediatric brain cancer. PLEASE NOTE: For this B-Meet, all purchases must be made with cash, credit card, or Apple Pay. Members can NOT use your Snack Bar Account to purchase concessions. Sign Ups for this meet will close at 11:59 pm on Saturday, June 22.
