Registration Information
The 2026 fee schedule is as follows:
- $235 for the first and second swimmer in a family
- $180 for the third swimmer
- $155 for the fourth swimmer
- $130 for the 5th swimmer
With a total of 44 practice days in our swim season, your swimmers will swim, cheer, and have fun with friends for less than $6 per day! What a deal!
All 4-5 year old swimmers (Minnows) will be charged an additional $60 fee to allow for a lower coach-swimmer ratio.
Registration fees cover all expenses of the team including coach salaries, NVSL dues & insurance, team t-shirts, required meet supplies, team practice, meet, & facility equipment, ribbons, trophies, pep rally materials, and software & hardware for the team database & data management.
On-line registration opens on this website in mid/late April. Once registration is open, you will click on the “Register Now” button on the top right side. Please register early to secure your swimmer’s spot for the season. Swimmers cannot participate in team activities until their registration is paid in full.
If your family had a Wahoos SwimTopia Account in 2024 or 2025, you must login using that account information to register. Please DO NOT create a new account – use the “forgot password?” function to reset your password. It creates a lot of extra work on the back-end when we need to consolidate separate family accounts.
All NEW Wahoo families will need to create an account on the Swimtopia site. Please use an email address that you will check DAILY during and just before the season to ensure you receive all swim team information. Email is our PRIMARY form of communication!
The system will walk you through all of the registration steps. Please be sure to complete all fields and provide accurate contact information in your registration / team web account. It is essential that we are able to contact parents/guardians/emergency contacts in the case of an emergency.
All swimmers will receive a team T-Shirt with their registration. You must select your child’s size when you register. Only swimmers who register prior to May 15 will be guaranteed their preferred size. Swimmers should wear their team t-shirts to every meet. We do not order or have extra replacement / inventory t-shirts.
OPTIONAL Personalized silicone swim caps with the Wahoo logo and swimmer LAST name are available to be ordered ONLY during registration. Cap orders will close on in early May so that we receive them prior to our first meet.
